The position focuses on solving mission critical digital mobile communication problems for Government and Public Safety Communications customers in the Southeast Region.

What you'll do

Develop technical strategies and generate formal proposals to present Motorola's solutions to customers.
Coordinate the design and planning of customer solutions using advanced communication technologies.
Perform coverage and antenna site selection, frequency planning, and interference analysis.
Design system architectures and select appropriate equipment for specific customer needs.
Present proposed technical solutions and complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Manage all technical aspects of assigned projects from initial award until final system acceptance.
Execute implementation planning, system acceptance testing, coverage testing, and system staging.
Update sales professionals and customers on the latest technology offerings and their relevance to customer needs.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma required.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an expected graduation date on or after December 2027.
Must be returning to school in the Fall of 2027.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
Excellent communications skills and the ability to present complex topics to non-technical audiences.
Experience working with customers is desirable.
Experience or knowledge in radio systems, radio propagation, RF, wireless, broadband, microwave, and/or networking is desirable.
Experience or knowledge of communications networks (MPLS, Ethernet, TCP/IP) is desirable.
Certifications through CCNA, CompTIA, and/or Amateur Radio/HAM is desirable (preferred).
