What you'll do

Develop technical strategies and generate formal proposals to present Motorola's solutions to customers.
Consult with customers to determine specific requirements and design optimal communication solutions.
Perform coverage and antenna site selection, frequency planning, and interference analysis.
Design system architectures and select appropriate equipment for mission-critical projects.
Provide technical support throughout the pre-sales phase and present proposed solutions to clients.
Manage technical aspects of projects from award until system acceptance, including implementation planning.
Conduct system acceptance testing, coverage testing, and system staging.
Update sales professionals and customers on the latest technology offerings and their relevance to customer needs.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma required.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an expected graduation date on or after December 2027.
Must be returning to school in the Fall of 2027.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
Excellent communications skills and the ability to present complex topics to non-technical audiences.
Experience working with customers is desirable.
Experience or knowledge in radio systems, radio propagation, RF, wireless, broadband, microwave, and/or networking is desirable.
Experience or knowledge of communications networks (MPLS, Ethernet, TCP/IP) is desirable.
Certifications through CCNA, CompTIA, and/or Amateur Radio/HAM is desirable (preferred).
