What you'll do

Define client requirements and design technical solutions for investment management systems.
Lead teams of technical consultants to deliver projects in areas like Compliance, Equity, and Wealth Management.
Partner with sales teams to conduct presentations and execute proof-of-concept projects.
Manage the full lifecycle of technical implementation engagements from pre-sales to final delivery.
Oversee team performance, including staffing, resource allocation, and professional coaching.
Provide expert technical guidance on system integration, infrastructure, and performance tuning.
Develop and execute technical training programs for clients.
Resolve complex technical issues by identifying long-term solutions across multiple projects.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
8 years of progressively responsible client service experience in the Financial Software Services industry.
Experience implementing technical investment solutions for banks, hedge funds, asset managers, or wealth management firms.
Advanced knowledge of system integrations including XML messaging, web services (SOAP), TEL tools, and database techniques.
Advanced knowledge of n-tier software installation to DR/HA design and enterprise software/SaaS delivery.
In-depth knowledge of at least one RDBMS: Oracle, MS SQL Server, or Sybase.
Detailed knowledge of at least three technologies including Tomcat configuration, N-tier architecture, and SOAP/XML Messaging software.
Ability to program using Java, C#, and Perl.
