What you'll do

Define new client requirements and participate in functional and technical requirement gathering.
Configure and tune the CRIMS application to meet specific business and technical needs.
Perform Java and C# programming to develop and maintain software solutions.
Create, test, and correct inbound and outbound interfaces.
Troubleshoot application issues and determine optimal technical solutions with support teams.
Manage multiple technical initiatives simultaneously while meeting strict project schedules.
Serve as a technical expert for implementation and supporting projects.
Perform database administration tasks and manage system integrations using ETL tools.

What we're looking for

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related technical field.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial industry working for a consultancy or software vendor.
Proficiency in Java and C# programming.
Experience with XML messaging, XSLT, and SOAP/XML protocols.
Knowledge of ETL tools such as Kettle or Talend (preferred).
In-depth knowledge of Oracle or MS SQL Server databases.
Familiarity with at least one SCM like Perforce (preferred).
Ability to travel 30-50% of the time to client sites in the United States and Canada.
