IT Solution Architect, PLM & Master Data

What you'll do

• Architect and deliver AI-enabled PLM solutions using MCP, GenAI, and AI agents.
• Define software standards and solution roadmaps for Teamcenter PLM applications.
• Design and implement PLM solutions for multiple Bill of Materials (BOM) types.
• Deliver designs, mock-ups, and software solutions based on the Siemens Teamcenter application.
• Lead data migration, system cutover, and launch activities for large Teamcenter implementations.
• Coordinate solution architecture alignment across multiple project teams and external IT departments.
• Manage Teamcenter Change Management workflows, approvals, and downstream system impacts.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Solution Architect passionate about PLM solutions.
• Hands-on experience delivering at least three medium to large Siemens Teamcenter implementations across design, configuration, and deployment.
• Strong expertise in Bill of Materials (BOM) concepts, structures, and standard BOM methodologies for complex enterprise PLM use cases.
• Experience with Teamcenter Change Management, including change objects, workflows, approvals, and governance.
• Proven experience partnering with business collaborators to architect scalable solutions and present builds to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of Teamcenter configuration using BMIDE and experience implementing Active Workspace based solutions (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter customization (ITK, SOA services) and integrating with ERP systems like SAP or CAD tools (preferred).
