Platforms Engineer, ServiceNow

What you'll do

• Conduct regular monitoring of infrastructure platforms to identify performance issues and anomalies.
• Design and configure complex ServiceNow capabilities aligned with business and technology priorities.
• Build and deploy highly available, scalable infrastructure solutions and components.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization using IT Service Management practices.
• Develop and implement reporting frameworks to track platform performance and utilization metrics.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Assist in the design and execution of disaster recovery and system testing processes.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with original designs, configurations, and enterprise architecture standards.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Experience with ServiceNow platform integration design, development, and support (preferred).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, APM, SPM, Now Assist, and AI capabilities (preferred).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Release Management processes (preferred).
• Experience partnering with integrated suppliers, service providers, business-facing IT, and stakeholders (preferred).
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS (preferred).
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure management, networking, cybersecurity risk management, and DevSecOps.
