JOB TITLE: PeopleShores ATC - Business Architecture Associate – Columbus/Tampa - NAELFY27 The PeopleShores ATC - Business Architecture Associate – Columbus/Tampa - NAELFY27 role is designed for current 2026 Columbus PeopleShores Apprentices joining the Advanced Technology Centers. Working alongside experienced architects and developers, you will help design, configure, and test technology solutions to solve complex business challenges. Your daily responsibilities include defining requirements, assisting with business application configuration, and creating custom-designed platform solutions. You will also perform data modeling, reporting, and visualization tasks while documenting test results and solution designs. The role requires collaborating with product, user experience, network operations, and software development teams to ensure on-time project delivery. Key competencies include requirement documentation, platform support, and participating in structured training and certification preparation to address specific client technology challenges within a collaborative consulting environment.

What we're looking for

Must have successfully completed the Columbus PeopleShores Apprentice Program by December 2026.
Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to work onsite 3 days a week at offices or delivery centers.
