FoH Technology Analyst

What you'll do

• Coordinate activities between technology vendors and internal stakeholders including cybersecurity, legal, and operations teams.
• Support the management of a portfolio of technology vendors delivering front-of-house solutions.
• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for technology initiatives.
• Translate complex technical discussions into clear documentation and actionable updates for business stakeholders.
• Support vendor security assessments, compliance reviews, and the tracking of security remediation plans.
• Maintain project documentation including requirements, implementation plans, and testing artifacts.
• Develop initiative reporting such as milestone tracking, status updates, and risk summaries.

What we're looking for

• 5-7 years of experience in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in technology analysis, business analysis, consulting, vendor coordination, or project delivery roles.
• Experience supporting technology implementations, integrations, or infrastructure upgrades.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with technology vendors or third-party platforms (preferred).
• Familiarity with enterprise technology ecosystems, APIs, system integrations, vendor risk management, security assessments, IT compliance, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft SQL (preferred).
