Business Architecture Associate Director

What you'll do

• Develop transformation strategies and technology-enabled implementation roadmaps to translate business objectives into structured initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to define solution objectives, project specifications, functional requirements, and system capabilities.
• Analyze, design, and configure enterprise planning platforms for large-scale supply chain transformation programs.
• Develop integrated enterprise views using repeatable business architecture frameworks and cohesive data integration methodologies.
• Provide subject matter expertise in digital supply chain planning platforms like o9 to develop functional solution approaches.
• Develop program deployment plans and manage dependencies between business processes, technology systems, and data integrations.
• Identify project risks and mitigation strategies to support successful implementation of enterprise solutions.
• Interact with senior stakeholders to facilitate alignment between business, technology, and program teams during the implementation lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have 10 years of experience in the IT consulting industry, including 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• Must have 10 years of experience leading large-scale supply chain planning transformation programs and end-to-end deployment of advanced planning solutions.
• Must have 10 years of experience designing and implementing technology-enabled solutions for supply chain planning and enterprise operations.
• Must have 10 years of experience developing functional requirements, process models, and solution architectures for enterprise planning systems.
• Must have 10 years of experience designing, configuring, or implementing enterprise planning platforms such as o9.
• Must have 10 years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs, including system deployment, testing, and configuration.
• Must have 10 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating with global delivery teams to support supply chain transformation.
• Must have 10 years of experience utilizing Agile or Hybrid Agile project management methodologies for scoping, design, and execution.
• Must have the willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time.
