Business Architecture Specialist

What you'll do

• Define, analyze, and document business requirements and processes based on project specifications.
• Translate business needs into system requirements, solution designs, and functional specifications.
• Provide content expertise for application configuration and implementation to ensure sustainable execution of business processes.
• Support the development team by providing functional specifications to build technical solutions.
• Manage all phases of implementation including requirements gathering, building, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct discovery sessions and document requirements from client stakeholders.
• Create and execute multiple test cases based on specific client requirements for Oracle systems.
• Design integration architecture to connect new Oracle/Retail systems with legacy systems.

What we're looking for

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have 3 years of experience in the IT consulting industry.
• Must have 3 years of experience in full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations for Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or OM.
• Must have 3 years of experience in business and system analysis within the financial services industry.
• Must have 3 years of experience using SQL/PLSQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Must have 3 years of experience conducting discovery sessions and documenting requirements.
• Must have 3 years of experience creating and executing test cases for Oracle E-Business Suite, Financials, or Retail modules.
• Must have 3 years of experience creating integration architecture to connect new Oracle/Retail systems with legacy systems.
