What you'll do

Provide technical support for computers, networks, telephones, cables, and connectors.
Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers and related software.
Connect terminals to data networks and perform basic PC setups.
Instruct and assist users in the use of personal computers and network systems.
Manage the trouble ticket queue to resolve issues within established SLAs.
Follow all security regulations regarding the installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
Coordinate with system administrators and engineers to remediate data spillage incidents.
Maintain records, tracking databases, and logs for hardware and communication needs.

What we're looking for

Must have a current US Government Secret level security clearance.
Must have a Security+ certification or higher.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Product Suites, and remote deployment methods.
Technical understanding of ITIL and ITSM operations.
Associate’s degree (preferred).
Active DOD Top Secret, TS/SCI, or SAP/SAR access (preferred).
CompTIA A+, Linux+, Network+, Dell, HP, or other certifications (preferred).
