What you'll do

  • Configure and modify firm products to fit complex client use cases in partnership with Technology teams.
  • Support Sales teams by providing technical solutions for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations on product capabilities to client technical teams.
  • Identify and define development requirements for product enhancements based on direct client feedback.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for digital channels, open banking, and emerging technology integrations.
  • Provide multi-channel technical integration recommendations to solve holistic business problems for clients.
  • Serve as the voice-of-the-client by providing market feedback to Product Managers during the development lifecycle.
  • Provide training and support on new product and channel capabilities to clients and partners.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a related broad set of products.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain.
  • Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
  • Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers.
  • Strong payments industry knowledge, specifically regarding Payables, Receivables, Liquidity, Foreign Exchange, and Merchant Services.
  • Knowledge of digital channels, open banking, and emerging technologies including API, host-host, SWIFT, internet, and mobile platforms.
  • Knowledge of Finance (ERP), Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and other Fintech platforms in the corporate banking space.
  • Working knowledge of legacy/on-premise and cloud variants of SAP and Oracle ERP platforms; experience with technical standards like JSON and ISO 20022 (preferred).
