This role solves complex technical problems in the payments domain, focusing on microservices, API design, and event-driven architectures.

What you'll do

  • Perform code reviews to ensure the quality of all technical deliverables.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of Java development experience with proven expertise in cloud-native application design.
  • Hands-on coding skills in Java and open-source frameworks including Spring Boot, Service-mesh, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Expert-level knowledge of microservices architecture, API design, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and event-driven architectures.
  • Proficiency with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Demonstrated success processing large data volumes in production environments with low latency and high throughput.
  • Master's in computer science and engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in Payments or financial services, reactive programming, big data technologies, and cloud certifications (preferred).
