What you'll do

  • Owns, maintains, and develops the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap.
  • Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
  • Conducts discovery efforts and market research to integrate customer solutions into the roadmap.
  • Tracks key success metrics including cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Manages incident response communications during production outages.
  • Mitigates risk by identifying control issues and developing creative solutions.
  • Promotes a security-first mindset through coaching and mentoring of the team.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Understanding of systems development methodologies and ability to manage business partners, technology resources, and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
  • Ability to manage and deliver large scale solutions globally (preferred).
