Digital Channels Middleware Platforms Product Manager, Vice President

What you'll do

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap.
• Own and maintain a healthy product backlog by writing requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Build frameworks to track key success metrics including cost, risk posture, and reliability.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, and release management.
• Partner with engineering and architecture to drive platform-first solution designs for new capabilities.
• Analyze product metrics to influence roadmap decisions and communicate updates to senior leadership.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure risk, compliance, and timeline requirements are met.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in product management, including platform product management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Proven track record of maintaining and prioritizing backlogs while writing clear requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics and building/prioritizing backlogs in a data-driven manner.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven stakeholder management skills across product, technology, agility, design, and data teams within an agile framework (preferred).
• Experience building and communicating quarterly roadmaps and executive-ready product updates (preferred).
