What you'll do

Manage the onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
Conduct joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and Partner technical teams.
Support partner initiatives including end-customer demonstrations and proofs of value.
Advocate for partner technical concerns such as feature requests and support issues with internal teams.
Analyze partner service offerings to recommend improvements through better adoption of Datadog features.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize new platform capabilities.
Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and customer success.

What we're looking for

Possess a solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations.
Have 10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role.
Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to articulate value from the server room to the boardroom.
Possess confident presentation skills.
Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic, or Dynatrace is desired.
Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) is desired.
Proficiency in development/scripting languages (Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go) or configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef) is desired.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Gitlab is desired.
