As a Partner Solutions Architect - Billing, you will join the Partner Solutions Architecture team to provide technical guidance and leadership to Stripe’s partners. You will act as a critical technical liaison to the Partner Development Manager, building consultative relationships with executives and technical decision makers to solve mission-critical business challenges. Your daily work involves architecting business models for new monetization opportunities, developing enablement plans, and leading deep-dive discussions on solution strategies. You will create technical business plans, collaborate on technical content like sample code and demos, and provide feedback on product capabilities. The role requires expertise in API integrations, SaaS platforms, enterprise architectures, and order-to-cash processes. You must possess a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle, billing systems, payment solutions, and how ERP, CRM, and tax systems interact within complex enterprise technology ecosystems.

What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role like solution consultant, solutions architect, or sales engineer for a global software enterprise.
Strong technical acumen in API integrations, SaaS platforms, and enterprise architectures.
Extensive experience with subscription, billing, and payment solutions.
Experience co-selling and co-solutioning with go-to-market partners.
Executive engagement skills to build relationships and credibility with key decision makers.
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.
Ability to understand how ERP, CRM, Billing, Tax, and legacy systems interact in an enterprise ecosystem.
Outstanding communication skills to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
