Partner Development Manager, Global Strategic Alliances joins the Global Alliances and Channels team to manage strategic partnerships with global systems integrators. In this role, you will serve as the global lead for Deloitte and PwC, owning the business plan, setting partnership objectives, and driving joint go-to-market strategies across all active regions. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to generate net-new demand, develop solutions, and accelerate partner-driven revenue within payments, industry, and AI practices. The role requires expertise in GSI partner sales, business development, and strategic alliances, specifically involving the managed services provider landscape. You will leverage your experience in building joint go-to-market motions and navigating complex deal structures to foster mutual growth. Success depends on your ability to manage executive relationships and translate professional services into scalable platform partnership models.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the global business plan and strategy for the PwC and Deloitte partnerships.
  • Act as the senior executive counterpart to manage strategic relationships with PwC and Deloitte leadership.
  • Define joint go-to-market strategies including target markets, industry focus areas, and shared value propositions.
  • Drive net-new demand and pipeline growth by coordinating with global, regional, and local sales teams.
  • Lead account mapping and "blitz" activities to accelerate the closing of complex partner deals.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional resources to build a scalable long-term joint go-to-market model.
  • Manage partner performance metrics and KPIs to ensure measurable growth across all active regions.
  • Broker internal investments, tools, and references required to achieve quarterly business goals.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of experience in GSI Partner Sales, GTM, business development, strategic alliances, or platform sales with a focus on global partnerships.
  • Proven track record of building successful joint GTM partnerships and solutions with GSIs.
  • Deep experience working with PwC and Deloitte, including established executive relationships and knowledge of their internal structures.
  • Leadership experience across strategy, sales, and solution development in collaboration with consulting partners or ISVs.
  • Understanding of the Managed Services Provider (MSP) landscape regarding enterprise outsourcing for fraud and billing.
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue goals, specifically in partner-sourced or sell-through revenue.
  • Ability to define and implement new business models, such as transforming professional services into recurring revenue through platform partnerships.
  • Experience in a Product or Platform partnership role at a top-tier Enterprise Cloud Software firm or within a GSI's product arm (preferred).
  • Exposure to payments and commerce landscape (preferred).
  • Understanding of how Stripe’s stack differentiates and complements other technology solutions across integration models (preferred).
