  • Serve as the site engineering owner for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to ensure reliability, data integrity, and system performance.
  • Resolve MES issues related to production, reporting, material transactions, equipment interfaces, and operator workflows.
  • Manage technical and capital projects from scope development through commissioning, training, and final startup.
  • Translate operational needs into clear technical requirements for manufacturing systems and equipment improvements.
  • Maintain all relevant MES documentation, including process maps, standard work, and troubleshooting guidance.
  • Ensure all engineering activities comply with site safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering from an accredited institution.
  • 3–5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, automation, or related technical environments.
  • Experience supporting, administering, implementing, or improving a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) or comparable systems.
  • Demonstrated experience improving equipment, process, system, or manufacturing performance.
  • Experience with manufacturing data, equipment interfaces, system integration, testing, deployment, or user training (preferred).
  • Proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, or RCFA.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing safety, quality, environmental, cybersecurity, regulatory, and change-management expectations.
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting, project leadership, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
