What you'll do

  • Customize seeded reports within the Oracle HCM cloud environment.
  • Develop secure, high-quality production code and perform code reviews for others.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and design creative software solutions beyond conventional approaches.
  • Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
  • Manage the full software development life cycle including system design, testing, and delivery.

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud seeded reports and Oracle HCM Fast Formula.
  • Practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies like CI/CD.
  • Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
  • Good verbal communication, written, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM cloud functional modules (preferred).
