What you'll do

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in coding Java or Python.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience with AI systems, LLMs, and machine learning for financial applications.
Experience deploying and scaling systems within AWS and practical cloud native experience.
Proficiency in automation, continuous delivery methods, and all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems.
10+ years of experience in a software engineering or architect role (preferred).
Experience working with Databricks (preferred).
