As a Lead Software Engineer - Java, Resiliency Technology within Corporate Technology, you will join a globally distributed agile team focused on delivering automation for resiliency. Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
Lead evaluation sessions with product owners to probe architectural designs and technical credentials.
Conduct critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas to support business objectives.
Implement automation and continuous delivery methods within a regulated enterprise environment.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in coding Java Spring Boot.
Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Proven track record delivering in regulated enterprise environments.
Proficiency in automation, continuous delivery methods, and all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
8+ years of coding experience (preferred); prior large-scale financial services engineering experience (preferred); experience in AWS, AI/ML, or Risk and Resiliency domains (preferred).
