We are seeking a senior Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to join our ArsenalOS team, responsible for orchestrating complex manufacturing processes through Anduril’s ERP system. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and finance to design and implement solutions that align with the company's goals. Day-to-day tasks include maximizing ERP value by addressing shortcomings, extending functionality, and minimizing technical debt while empowering processes related to PLM integration, production scheduling, inventory management, and more. The ideal candidate will have deep Oracle Fusion experience and expertise in PLM, MRP planning tools, MES, WMS, and other core workstreams. They should be proficient in ERP system design, process optimization, and capable of upleveling the organization's understanding of ERP capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Address shortcomings and extend Oracle Fusion ERP functionality to minimize tech debt.
  • Empower processes related to PLM, BoMs, Routings, STD Costing, Production Scheduling, MRP, Inventory Management, and reporting.
  • Improve understanding of ERP capabilities across engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, accounting, finance teams.
  • Work with product managers owning Procure to Pay, Order to Cash workstreams to address their needs effectively.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional capabilities while ensuring low tech debt solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Deep Oracle Fusion experience and expertise in ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to design and implement cross-functional solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with diverse stakeholder teams.
  • Experience in PLM integration, BoMs, routings, and production scheduling.
  • Capability to minimize technical debt while extending system functionality.
  • U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work permanently in the U.S.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for site visits and project support.
