Senior Oracle Fusion Architect

What you'll do

• Design and implement complex architectural solutions that align technology with business strategy.
• Translate customer business requirements into specific system designs and integrated processes.
• Lead large-scale IT projects, including managing budgets, timelines, and vendor selection.
• Conduct comprehensive architecture reviews to provide guidance on design best practices and risk mitigation.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies to recommend the adoption of innovative solutions.
• Ensure all systems comply with industry standards and security guidelines.
• Provide technical mentorship and coaching to staff while acting as a subject matter expert.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in HCM or ERP implementations.
• Experience with an Oracle Fusion migration.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for key meetings, trainings, or conferences.
• Designs and implements complex IT solutions while leading the development of new systems and applications (preferred).
• Analyzes complex system requirements and defines detailed specifications (preferred).
• Effectively manages multiple projects and competing priorities with strong organizational skills (preferred).
• Deep understanding of IT systems, interdependencies, and integrated solutions (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences (preferred).
