What you'll do

Act as the lead functional analyst for Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting modules.
Manage cost books, valuation methods, and accounting rules within the Oracle platform.
Resolve technical variances between the Receipt Accounting sub-ledger and the General Ledger.
Investigate and resolve stuck transactions, costing errors, and interface failures between ERP and manufacturing systems.
Define and maintain cost elements, overhead allocation rules, and inventory valuation components.
Configure systems to ensure 100% auditability for DCAA and GAAP compliance requirements.
Perform regression testing on automated accounting entries during quarterly Oracle Fusion updates.
Map physical supply chain workflows into accurate digital accounting structures within the ERP system.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions at manufacturing companies.
Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry is preferred.
Experience with DCAA and CPFF contracting is preferred.
Must possess a deep understanding of Transactional Accounting, including Receipt Accruals, Landed Cost Management, and Work-in-Process costing.
Must be able to write SQL queries for data reconciliation and use OTBI for financial reporting.
Must have familiarity with government contracting accounting (CAS, FAR, DCAA).
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Greencard Holder to access export-controlled data.
Must be able to work in-office full time and travel between 25-50% of the time.
