What you'll do

Act as the lead functional analyst for Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting modules.
Manage cost books, valuation methods, and accounting rules within the Oracle Cloud Fusion system.
Resolve technical variances between the Receipt Accounting sub-ledger and the General Ledger to automate RBNI reports.
Investigate and resolve stuck transactions, costing errors, and interface failures between CorpOS and ArsenalOS systems.
Define and maintain cost elements, overhead allocation rules, and components for accurate COGS reporting.
Configure systems to ensure 100% auditability for DCAA and GAAP requirements on government contracts.
Perform regression testing on automated accounting entries during quarterly Oracle Fusion updates.
Partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to align physical workflows with technical accounting events.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions at manufacturing companies.
Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry is preferred.
DCAA and CPFF contracting experience is a plus.
Must possess deep knowledge of Transactional Accounting, including Receipt Accruals, Landed Cost Management, and Work-in-Process costing.
Must be able to write SQL queries for data reconciliation and use OTBI for financial reporting.
Familiarity with government contracting accounting (CAS, FAR, DCAA) is required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Greencard Holder to access export-controlled data.
Must be able to work in-office full time and travel 25-50% of the time.
