What you'll do

Design, configure, and optimize the Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within the PLM environment and integrated systems.
Lead and mentor analysts while promoting industry best practices for software solutions.
Implement moderately complex software components based on provided designs and technical specifications.
Maintain detailed documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support a validated system.
Define product requirements and acceptance criteria to assist Quality Engineering in developing test plans.
Monitor post-implementation product performance to provide continuous improvement recommendations.
Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and reliability.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
High School Diploma or GED with 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong computer skills including internet navigation and email usage.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) design, configuration, and support (preferred).
Strong understanding of integration points between Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM and other Oracle Cloud applications and enterprise systems (preferred).
Ability to work onsite in Madison, WI, up to four days per week.
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
