Oracle Cloud Portfolio Delivery/GTM Leader - Manufacturing serves as a pivotal leader within the consulting team, overseeing the growth and delivery of the Oracle Cloud Manufacturing portfolio. The role combines executive client advisory, business development, practice leadership, and large-scale transformation delivery to expand market presence and drive revenue. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of manufacturing opportunities, designing end-to-end sales-to-delivery processes, leading executive workshops, and providing strategic guidance on operating model transformations. The ideal candidate possesses over 15 years of experience in the Oracle Cloud ecosystem, specifically within supply chain and manufacturing domains. Key competencies include high-level sales acumen, expertise in hybrid cloud capabilities, and the ability to lead geographically dispersed teams. This role solves complex business problems by guiding clients through large-scale Oracle Cloud transformations and data-driven decision-making processes to improve manufacturing operations.
Grow and manage a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing opportunities through business development and executive relationship management.
Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline generation targets for Oracle Cloud consulting services.
Develop account growth strategies to expand existing client relationships and market presence.
Lead the design and delivery of large-scale, complex Oracle Cloud Manufacturing transformation programs.
Design and implement end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes to ensure successful project execution.
Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions with clients.
Provide strategic guidance on Oracle Cloud adoption, operating model transformation, and organizational change.
Mentor project teams and guide clients on adopting cloud technologies and data-driven decision making.
What we're looking for
Master's Degree (preferred).
15+ years of experience in the Oracle Cloud ecosystem, including Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
Demonstrated success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
Proven track record leading complex pursuits, RFP responses, solutioning workshops, and executive presentations.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level client stakeholders.
Experience developing GTM strategies, industry offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership.
Experience managing P&L, practice growth, or portfolio financial performance (preferred); experience collaborating with Oracle sales, alliance, and partner organizations (preferred).
