What you'll do

Grow and manage a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Distribution opportunities through business development and executive relationship management.
Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline generation targets for Oracle Cloud consulting services.
Develop account growth strategies to expand Oracle Cloud offerings within existing client accounts.
Lead the design and delivery of large-scale, complex Oracle Cloud Distribution transformation programs.
Design and implement end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes to ensure successful project execution.
Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions with clients.
Provide strategic guidance on Oracle Cloud adoption, operating model transformation, and organizational change.
Mentor project teams and guide clients on adopting cloud technologies and data-driven decision-making.

What we're looking for

Master's Degree (preferred).
15+ years of experience in the Oracle Cloud ecosystem, specifically including Supply Chain and Distribution.
Demonstrated success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
Proven track record of leading complex pursuits, RFP responses, solutioning workshops, and executive presentations.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level client stakeholders.
Experience developing GTM strategies, industry offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership.
Experience collaborating with Oracle sales, alliance, and partner organizations (preferred); experience managing P&L or portfolio financial performance (preferred).
