What you'll do

Assist clients in selecting, implementing, and providing production support for enterprise software packages like SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for cloud-based applications.
Develop process maps to document "As-Is" and "To-Be" scenarios for client business transformations.
Conduct workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to gather information and drive project goals.
Apply Design Thinking methodologies to identify and solve specific challenges faced by clients.
Provide data-driven recommendations to help management make informed decisions regarding technology solutions.
Perform requirement gathering, testing, and workflow analysis using AI-driven tools.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
US Citizenship is required.
Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements and learn enterprise systems quickly.
Exceptional quantitative analysis skills with the ability to derive recommendations from data.
Experience in client-facing roles, consulting clubs, or related internships (preferred).
Relevant coursework or experience in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Customer Experience (preferred).
Exposure to SQL, PLSQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, Excel modeling, or process mapping (preferred).
