  • Conduct workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to gather information and drive project goals.
  • Apply Design Thinking methodologies to identify and solve specific challenges faced by clients.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to help management make informed decisions regarding technology solutions.
  • Perform requirement gathering, testing, and workflow analysis using AI-driven tools.

What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements and learn enterprise systems quickly.
  • Exceptional quantitative analysis skills with the ability to derive recommendations from data.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, consulting clubs, or related internships (preferred).
  • Relevant coursework or experience in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Customer Experience (preferred).
  • Exposure to SQL, PLSQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, Excel modeling, or process mapping (preferred).
