Optimize the global logistics network to improve transportation performance, cost efficiency, and service levels for infrastructure deployments.
Oversee reverse logistics operations, including repair logistics and hardware returns.
Lead onboarding, training, and standard operating procedure development for new suppliers on inventory transactions.
Manage freight claims from identification through resolution to recover costs and identify preventive actions.
Perform advanced data mining and supply chain analytics to identify trends and operational risks.
Develop automated reporting tools and dashboards using AI and modern analytics to improve decision-making.
What we're looking for
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
5+ years of experience for IC3 level or 8+ years of experience for IC4 level in global logistics, warehousing, supply chain operations, or program management.
Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM or comparable ERP systems is preferred.
Proficiency in inventory management, warehouse operations, global freight, transportation, and reverse logistics is required.
Advanced analytical skills including SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools are preferred.
Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and global warehouse partners is preferred.
Experience with AI-assisted analytics, predictive modeling, and automation tools is preferred.
