Preferred skills include proficiency with ScienceLogic SL1 and ServiceNow tools, as well as expertise in incident management and change management processes to mitigate risks within the enterprise network environment while ensuring high levels of operational discipline and visibility.
Provide leadership and oversight for the 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) and its monitoring services.
Manage third-party NOC service providers, including performance reviews, escalation management, and service quality.
Coordinate network audit readiness by managing evidence collection, remediation tracking, and compliance documentation.
Oversee network vulnerability management by tracking findings and coordinating remediation with engineering and security teams.
Establish and maintain standards for network documentation, operating procedures, and runbooks.
Develop and maintain network operational KPIs, risk reporting dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and develop team members responsible for governance, compliance support, and NOC oversight.
What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of experience in network operations, infrastructure operations, IT operations, governance, risk, compliance, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading people, technical operations, service providers, or cross-functional operational programs.
Experience supporting 24x7 monitoring or NOC environments and managing operational escalations.
Experience with audit support, operational controls, compliance evidence, vulnerability tracking, and remediation coordination.
Experience managing third-party service providers, service expectations, and performance reviews.
Strong written communication, organization, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and follow-through skills.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
Working knowledge of enterprise networking, infrastructure monitoring, incident management, change management, and operational support practices (preferred).
