Director, Network Engineering

What you'll do

• Define multi-quarter architecture roadmaps for DC fabrics, routing policies, IPv6 strategy, and traffic engineering across regions.
• Lead the design and modernization of L3/L4 network topologies including EVPN, VXLAN, and SDN upgrades.
• Standardize cloud networking implementations such as VPC/VCN topologies, transit peering, and multi-cloud connectivity.
• Implement zero-trust security frameworks, policy-as-code, and automated compliance guardrails to reduce technical debt.
• Institutionalize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps practices while monitoring DORA metrics for deployment safety.
• Establish SLI/SLO policies and manage telemetry pipelines to support capacity planning and performance analytics.
• Manage the physical network platform lifecycle including sourcing, qualifying, and sustaining routers, switches, and cabling.
• Oversee team budgets, project timelines, and personnel development while leading cross-functional incident response efforts.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 10 years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in network architecture is required.
• Experience with network hardware is required.
• Skills in supply chain planning and management are required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
