What you'll do

Identify system architecture risks and downstream impacts across cross-team dependencies.
Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps in collaboration with engineers and researchers.
Drive alignment on technical tradeoffs, sequencing, and launch readiness across multiple engineering teams.
Communicate technical decisions, program risks, and progress to both technical teams and senior leadership.
Improve team effectiveness by implementing AI and automation within planning and execution workflows.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience leading complex technical programs related to AI/ML systems.
Strong understanding of ML systems, software architecture, and technical dependencies across large-scale platforms.
Track record of driving engineering roadmaps and execution across multiple teams and technical disciplines.
Ability to engage credibly with engineers and technical leaders while identifying risks beyond individual workstreams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with technical teams and senior leadership.
Demonstrated ability to learn complex technical domains quickly and operate independently in ambiguity.
Knowledge of ML workflows, frameworks, prediction systems, or algorithmic improvements (preferred).
Experience working with research teams to translate exploratory work into engineering execution (preferred).
