What you'll do

  • Develop PowerShell scripts and Microsoft Graph API automations for mailbox operations and tenant configuration at scale.
  • Build and maintain automation pipelines using Azure Automation Runbooks, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Architect, design, and operate Exchange Online and hybrid environments including mail flow, transport rules, and connectors.
  • Manage DNS-based email authentication protocols including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC across all sending domains.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 workloads including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and O365 licensing.
  • Manage Azure infrastructure, Entra ID synchronization, and Conditional Access policies for messaging services.
  • Configure security and compliance features such as DLP, retention policies, and anti-spam controls.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship on Exchange, M365, and Azure engineering best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 services.
  • Must possess deep expertise in Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange administration including mail flow and EOP.
  • Must have experience administering Microsoft 365 workloads such as Teams and SharePoint/OneDrive.
  • Must have experience with Azure subscriptions, Azure Automation accounts, and Azure admin roles.
  • Must be able to manage Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID synchronization.
  • Must be proficient in writing PowerShell scripts and using Microsoft Graph for automation.
  • Must possess knowledge of SMTP, DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and DNS protocols.
  • Must have experience with O365 security and compliance features like DLP and retention policies.
