Manage a team of professionals supporting enterprise-wide business systems and digital procurement architecture.
Define and manage the Source to Pay technology roadmap in partnership with IT teams.
Translate complex business requirements into prioritized technical specifications and delivery plans.
Prioritize system enhancements based on business value, risk reduction, and strategic alignment.
Act as the primary business owner for digital requirements through design, build, testing, and deployment.
Drive user adoption of procurement platforms through collaboration with change management and training teams.
Lead initiatives for AI, process mining, and automation to improve operational efficiency.
Analyze system performance data to identify improvements in process flow and decision-making.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, supply chain, finance, mathematics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
Eight years of professional experience in analytical/quantitative information system activities including application development, support, design, and asset lifecycle management.
Five years of professional experience in management consulting, internal audit, accounting, finance, project/program management, vendor management, or information systems.
Proven leadership experience to manage a team of professionals and lead projects in highly technical areas.
Strong understanding of Source to Pay processes and enterprise technology platforms like ServiceNow and Oracle FCF.
Proficiency in translating business requirements into technology priorities, roadmaps, and automation opportunities.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
Experience in digital transformation programs, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.
