Manager Solutions, Demand Management & Go to Sales

What you'll do

• Manage and coach a team of project managers to execute sales enablement programs.
• Lead the strategy, governance, and day-to-day operations of the Global Intake Process.
• Use data and AI tools to prioritize internal enablement efforts and sales initiatives.
• Drive strategic execution for all pricing and revenue-related projects.
• Improve data accuracy and automate manual tasks within the intake process using AI.
• Act as a cross-functional hub to coordinate projects with Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Operations.
• Deliver executive-level presentations to socialize team work and project status.
• Orchestrate project allocation and build reports on intake requests for leadership.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
• Must have professional business experience in project management, sales, education, communications, or quantitative analysis.
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a team of professionals.
• Strong project management skills including experience with sales engagement programs or marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with Asana and AI tools, including agents.
• Ability to use data-driven insights to inform prioritization and trade-off decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver executive-level presentations.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
