Electrical Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and qualification of electrical systems for semiconductor and industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Direct the creation of electrical assemblies, layouts, schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering specifications.
• Define system-level electrical requirements for product performance, reliability, safety, and integration challenges.
• Lead engineering analysis, design reviews, risk assessments, and root-cause investigations for complex electrical systems.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers to ensure the successful delivery of engineering commitments.
• Lead cross-functional engineering programs from initial concept and feasibility through design, qualification, and production.
• Communicate technical strategies, risks, and trade-offs to senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders.
• Manage the technical development and qualification of key suppliers to improve quality, cost, and manufacturability.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical systems engineering, product development, or equipment engineering.
• Prior experience as an engineering manager or people leader with responsibility for team performance and employee development.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary and globally distributed engineering teams.
• Proven ability to manage and influence senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong experience in the design and integration of electrical equipment for semiconductor, process, batch, industrial, or manufacturing applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in electrical system architecture, power distribution, power control, and equipment-level system integration.
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
