What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in mechanical integration, assembly, and testing of complex hardware systems.
Proficiency in operating mechanical test equipment such as shakers, thermal chambers, and data acquisition systems.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex electromechanical issues.
Experience creating technical documentation including assembly instructions, test procedures, and reports.
Familiarity reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and CAD models.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
