What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical integration, assembly, and testing of complex hardware systems.
  • Ability to operate and collect data from mechanical test equipment like shakers, thermal chambers, and data acquisition systems.
  • Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex electromechanical issues.
  • Experience creating technical documentation including assembly instructions, test procedures, and engineering reports.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and CAD models.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
