What you'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to integrate internal and external sources for marketing automation and personalization.
  • Lead the client data ingestion process by defining requirements, validating files, and ensuring data is approved for campaign use.
  • Perform data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment to create high-quality datasets for targeting and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a flexible data model that supports evolving business rules and diverse marketing requirements.
  • Establish data governance standards and monitoring processes to ensure accuracy, privacy compliance, and quality across all platforms.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards to track campaign KPIs and provide actionable insights for executive visibility.
  • Integrate predictive models and AI-enabled workflows to improve audience segmentation and operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance to marketing and operations teams on data readiness, dashboard usage, and best practices.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5 years with an Advanced Degree, or 2 years with a PhD, or 11+ years of total experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Big Data Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related technical discipline (preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data management, marketing data operations, business intelligence, analytics, or related roles (preferred).
  • Experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, integrations, and data models for marketing activation and reporting (preferred).
  • Proficiency in SQL and analytical skills within large-scale data environments, cloud platforms, or big data ecosystems (preferred).
  • Experience with dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to support campaign performance reporting (preferred).
  • Experience with MarTech platforms including marketing automation, personalization, CRM, or CDP (preferred).
