What you'll do

Set long-term marketing strategy and define technical roadmap for measuring Reddit’s marketing spend.
Build and refine Media Mix Models (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) systems to quantify marketing ROI.
Design unified frameworks to optimize B2B and B2C growth, identifying synergies between advertiser acquisition and user engagement.
Lead complex incrementality testing and geo-holdout experiments to measure long-term impact of brand marketing on organic growth.
Mentor junior scientists and ensure technical rigor in data analysis and statistical methodologies across the Marketing organization.

What we're looking for

Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
10+ years of industry experience for M.S. holders; 6+ years for Ph.D. holders in marketing science.
Deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Incrementality Testing, and Customer Lifetime Value prediction.
Proficiency in Python/R and SQL with experience building production-grade data pipelines.
Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and translate complex statistical concepts into business strategy.
Experience working in fast-paced environments and navigating ambiguity to build frameworks from the ground up.
