Senior Data Science Manager, Worldwide Product Marketing

What you'll do

• Lead data science initiatives end-to-end from initial scoping and data preparation to final modeling and delivery.
• Provide technical direction and review analytical approaches, machine learning models, and data dashboards.
• Set standards for code quality, data reproducibility, and production readiness in partnership with Engineering teams.
• Develop and manage a multi-quarter analytical roadmap aligned with business priorities and long-term goals.
• Translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks and convert results into actionable decisions.
• Champion the responsible use of LLMs and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate modeling and insights.
• Prioritize competing initiatives by balancing quick wins against long-term platform and capability investments.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning.
• 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and scaling data-focused teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation design, causal inference, and ML methodologies (preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (preferred).
• Experience with large, complex datasets, data pipelines, and production-level analytics systems (preferred).
• Proven ability to drive measurable business impact through data and automation (preferred).
• Exceptional communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders (preferred).
