The Marketing Communications Specialist, Senior (Data Center) joins the Marketing Communications team to lead hands-on technical demo and product experience initiatives. This execution-focused role involves building, validating, and delivering live experiences for external audiences, specifically showcasing Dragonfly based AI data center solutions at trade shows and events. Key responsibilities include installing and configuring instances, troubleshooting integrations, and developing innovative concepts like AI model demonstrations and competitive benchmarking. The successful candidate will manage on-site reliability, create technical documentation, and train teammates on messaging. Required skills include familiarity with Windows and Linux, networking fundamentals like Wi-Fi and IP addressing, and basic scripting in Bash or Python. This role solves the challenge of translating complex connectivity technologies and AI models into engaging, reliable, and interactive live experiences for diverse audiences.
Install, configure, and validate technical instances to ensure stability for live product demonstrations.
Troubleshoot hardware and software integrations to resolve issues quickly and document permanent fixes.
Manage on-site reliability by monitoring performance and validating key flows during trade shows and events.
Serve as the on-site point of contact for issue triage, debugging, and presenter alignment.
Develop innovative concepts and experiential content to showcase AI models and connectivity technologies.
Create technical documentation including setup instructions, run-of-show steps, and talking points for teammates.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams to plan and deliver live experiences.
Ensure all on-site content and supporting assets adhere to legal, brand, and compliance guidelines.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience (preferred).
2+ years in engineering, program management, technical marketing, or marketing within the high-tech industry, including hands-on experience with AI Data Center solutions (preferred).
Proficiency in Windows, Linux, networking fundamentals, logs, command-line tools, and basic scripting/automation in Bash or Python.
Excellent program management, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to lead in a collaborative environment and build consensus across technical and non-technical teams.
