What you'll do

Develop and maintain process control systems on the Emerson DeltaV distributed control system (DCS).
Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions using standard automation platforms.
Perform Data Integrity Assessments and support computerized systems validation in a GxP environment.
Support vendor Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to ensure software code meets company requirements.
Manage site operations including Change Controls, CAPAs, Deviations, and root cause investigations.
Execute commissioning and qualification efforts such as Automation Installation Verification and Check Out.
Create and maintain engineering documentation, maintenance procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Drive continuous improvement for automation systems to enhance safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED with 8 years of engineering experience.
Associate’s Degree with 6 years of engineering experience.
Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of engineering experience.
Master’s Degree with any amount of engineering experience.
Preferred degree in Electrical, Computer, Chemical, or Biotech Engineering.
Experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS and integration using OPC, Foundation Fieldbus, and Profibus technologies.
Experience in programming, installation, and lifecycle management of automation and field instrumentation.
Ability to interpret and apply GAMPs, GMPs, 21 CFR Part 11, ASTM 2500, S88, and S95 standards.
