Manufacturing Process Specialist Digital Transformation

What you'll do

• Identify process improvement opportunities for Production Control and Planning in engineer-to-order environments.
• Design and implement complex Variant Configuration models, Super BOMs, and Order Routings within SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
• Execute the roadmap for transitioning legacy SAP ECC systems to SAP S/4HANA platforms.
• Integrate SAP Production Planning with PLM, MES, Quality Management, and warehouse execution capabilities.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into scalable, sustainable SAP-enabled solutions.
• Manage system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Drive continuous optimization to improve process adoption and operational scalability.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience leading or supporting end-to-end SAP Order Execution, Production Planning & Production Control, PP/DS and manufacturing transformation processes.
• Experience with at least two full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations, upgrades, or major deployment programs involving SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Material Requirements Planning, Production Versions, PP/DS, Order Routings, Production Order lifecycle, and related manufacturing master data.
• Experience integrating SAP Production Planning with Manufacturing Execution Systems, Quality Management, and Extended Warehouse Management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations in complex industrial equipment, semiconductor equipment, or similar assembly-line environments (preferred).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 (preferred).
