The Digital Transformation Specialist joins a team dedicated to guiding organizations through complex digital transitions. In this role, you will lead strategy teams to stand up new organizations, transform existing structures, and adopt cutting-edge technologies to solve traditional business challenges. Your daily responsibilities include strategic planning, process improvement, and managing dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure successful client delivery. You will work specifically within the Space Force and broader Department of Defense acquisition organizations to implement innovative solutions. Required skills include expertise in organization design, technology adoption, and program management for large-scale federal programs. You must possess an active TS/SCI clearance and experience with AI, cyber, automation, or emerging technologies. Preferred competencies include data visualization, cloud capabilities, and Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
Lead strategy teams to stand up and transform existing organizations.
Implement new digital strategies and technologies for the Space Force and DoW.
Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including AI/ML capabilities.
Manage large-scale federal programs from initiation through execution.
Identify and communicate project dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items.
Conduct process improvements and organizational design to solve business challenges.
Communicate technical results and project status to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What we're looking for
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
5+ years of experience with strategy and transformation capabilities, including organization design, strategic planning, process improvement, and technology adoption.
5+ years of experience with program management and business development for large-scale DoW or federal government programs.
Experience leading technology innovation or organizational transformation involving AI, cyber, automation, or emerging technologies.
Experience identifying, managing, and communicating dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items to support successful client delivery.
Experience supporting U.S. Space Force or DoW acquisition programs (preferred).
Experience applying data management, data analysis, data visualization, AI/ML, cloud capabilities, or Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred).
