As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will join the team to lead strategy efforts aimed at standing up new organizations and transforming existing ones for the Space Force and broader Department of Defense acquisition programs. You will be responsible for developing creative solutions to traditional business challenges by implementing advanced technologies, including AI/ML capabilities, cyber, automation, and emerging technologies. Your daily work involves managing program lifecycles, identifying risks and dependencies, and facilitating project execution from inception to completion. The role requires expertise in organizational design, strategic planning, process improvement, and technology adoption. Key competencies include data management, analysis, and visualization, alongside experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI clearance and demonstrate proficiency in navigating complex federal government programs to deliver high-impact digital transformation results for the client.
Lead strategy teams to stand up and transform existing organizations within the Space Force and DoW.
Develop and implement digital strategies to solve traditional business challenges using new technologies.
Integrate cutting-edge technologies, including AI/ML capabilities, into organizational workflows.
Manage large-scale federal programs through strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items to ensure successful delivery.
Execute client deliverables from inception to completion for technical and non-technical audiences.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on continuous improvement and best practices.
What we're looking for
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
5+ years of experience with strategy and transformation capabilities, including organization design, strategic planning, process improvement, and technology adoption.
5+ years of experience with program management and business development for large-scale DoW or federal government programs.
Experience leading technology innovation or organizational transformation involving AI, cyber, automation, or emerging technologies.
Experience identifying, managing, and communicating dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items to support successful client delivery.
Experience supporting U.S. Space Force or DoW acquisition programs (preferred).
Experience with data management/analysis, Agile methodologies, and various certifications like PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Scrum Master (preferred).
