Lead a team responsible for building and scaling the AI foundation for customer and employee experiences.

What we're looking for
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent advanced experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States.
Demonstrated experience in directly or indirectly leading teams.
Broad knowledge of business and information technology environments.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and software development practices.
Experience building production-grade, cloud-native, AI-enabled solutions (preferred).
Experience with modern software architecture, AI engineering practices, and cross-functional partnership to deliver enterprise capabilities (preferred).
