What we're looking for
Must be based in Austin, TX for a hybrid work model.
Requires 5+ years of experience in technical support, technical services, or customer-facing engineering in enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure.
Requires 2+ years leading technical, customer-facing teams or equivalent technical leadership.
Must possess strong operational skills in case management, escalation, prioritization, and workflow design.
Must have a solid technical foundation in areas like database administration, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, or performance troubleshooting.
Must demonstrate the ability to coach and develop technical talent in high-accountability environments.
Must possess excellent communication skills for interacting with technical practitioners, partner leaders, and internal executives.
Must be able to use metrics to evaluate team health and guide operational decisions.
