Manager, Technology Product Management

What you'll do

• Translate high-level product vision and strategy into actionable roadmaps for the development team.
• Build, prioritize, and maintain the team backlog to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Lead refinement sessions and validate that user stories meet specific acceptance criteria.
• Support testing, deployment, release, and post-release activities to ensure successful feature delivery.
• Analyze performance data and team metrics to identify product issues and track progress toward OKRs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for feature delivery and coordinate with stakeholders on project alignment.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize working models and resolve technical hurdles.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software product management with success building large-scale consumer-facing products.
• Experience in agile product development (preferred).
• Ability to drive cross-functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity (preferred).
• Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills (preferred).
• General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts (preferred).
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills (preferred).
